For the past 30 years I have been a landlord/builder/developer/rehabber for my own projects and am now rebuilding Detroit. I have many years of property management experience in diverse markets being a mostly a Landlord for my entire career. I bring this knowledge and experience to managing for others now.
We have expanded our services to include a full time maintenance personnel as well as a construction crew. This allows us to keep our costs down and provide full service to our property owners.
Since 2016 we have worked exclusively in Detroit. We rarely have properties outside of the city so that we can have Detroit as our sole focus.
Information regarding your account is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Need to talk to a real person? No problem. Our office is open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm.
We work with our owners to provide well-maintained properties to protect their investment. We also screen potential tenants very carefully. This has been the key to our success for over 22 years.
We have our own maintenance crew and contractors in addition to working with local contractors. This allows us to maintain and renovate properties as needed with shorter downtimes.
